Makan & Movie

Met up with Shuqi, Ah Li and Choy!
(Too bad Chun Cheung was working so he couldn't join us.)

So lucky to have Shuqi as my animal buddy..
She always selflessly drives me to the places we wanna go and back to my home.
Especially lucky that our workplaces are so near!

On the way to Vivo City, she was telling me about this Animal Communication Workshop.
Whoa! I wanna go! So glad that she wants to go too!
(In fact, she was asking if I wanna go with her.)

Time to Tidy Up My Room!!

Now that my projects are finally settled.. Time for me to RESUME my plans!

Wanted to start tidying up my room so I went to Best Denki to check out the following:
1. Humidifier
2. Hand Held Vacuum Cleaner

The staff introduced me some products which I think are pretty good!
But the prices were a bit pricey.

Decided to think it over before buying.
Which I am SO GLAD!!
Found cheaper lobangs!!!

Perhaps I can do a review after buying them? Heehee!

Oh! I also saw the color of the wireless mouse that I wanted to buy but Challenger didn't have it.
Well.. Challenger is cheaper so okay lah! :)

The Power of Makeup! ♥

Just came across this video and WOW!
She is awesome!

I also look drastically different with and without makeup.
In fact, I look different with different types of makeup styles.
Which makes makeup even more fun! Haha!

And I must say, putting on makeup gives me A LOT more confidence. :)

Some may argue that it's not good to rely on makeup to feel more confidence..
Putting on makeup is fake..

But is it really..?

To me, it's no difference from wearing clothes that are washed and ironed nicely.
Or clothes that are appropriate for the special occasion.
For example, if we usually wear t-shirts and shorts on normal days..
We are 'fake' if we are dressed in office wear when we go to work?
No, right? :)

Anyway, it's really up to one's opinions. If you don't like to wear makeup, don't.
General rule: Don't do anything that makes you very uncomfortable!

As for me, I LOVE MAKEUP! ♥♥♥
Even though I go au natural most of the time nowadays. Heh!

Barely-There Makeup with Ugly Hair
(Okay, enough said! >.<)

And so that's me with only a little bit of makeup left after a vigorious Zumba session.
(The Zumba instructor is so cute ya! Opps, haha!)
And I was too lazy to style my hair so I simply swept my fringe to the back and pinned it with my hair clip.

Full Makeup (with Fake Lashes) with Nicely Styled Fringe
(And wearing a simple, sweet white dress!)

And that's me with slightly heavier makeup than usual.. Plus fake lashes! (LOVE THEM.)
(Specially dolled up as I was attending the wedding dinner of Rae and Del!)

(Pardon the messy background. Opps.. LOL! Too exhausted after returning home from the wedding dinner.. >.<)
ANYWAY.. I looked so different right?
Super love my eye makeup here!

Basic Makeup with Nerdy Specs and Nicely Styled Bangs
(And super act cute pose.. LOL!)

Here's another photo of me.
With makeup but different hairstyle.

This was taken about 2 years ago.
Se said the photo didn't look like me at all.
WHAT?!
But.. Yalah, This photo is way cuter than the current me!
*Rubbing my bruised ego.*

Never mind!
Maybe I should cut this hairstyle (fringe) again to prove him wrong then.. Haha!
Gin said I looked much better with bangs.

I want to look young and cute again!!
♥♥♥

Searching and Searching..

Was browsing for some accessories to buy for Fluffy when I saw this!

Haha! Looks like Fluffy?

Compared to dogs, it's so much harder to find stuff for rabbits!

Maybe I should set up an online shop to sell rabbit stuff..?
Maybe. Heh!

Oh, my Fluffy..!

Was brushing Fluffy when I noticed that the area around her right eye was a bit 'botak' (bare).
Found some dried up mucus there. Upon closer inspection, it was a bit red and swollen!

After cleaning it up, it was much better.. :)

Was trying to look for some relevant articles and I found this!

Huh, so serious? Isn't mucus something common??
Hmm. Mucus.. Considered eye discharge? No? Yes? I hope not!

But anyway..
Rabbits are more fragile than I realized!

Her right eye seem okay after I've cleaned up and removed the dried up mucus.
Will monitor and see how it goes!
Hope she's okay!

Hang in there..!

These days have been quite tough because of ASSIGNMENTS..
On top of the work I already have.

Done with my individual assignment.
OH YEAH!

The group one has been pretty painful for me (in various ways)..
But at last I've done my part!

Today our teacher briefly went through the report.
Said that we need to improve on one of the parts.
NOT MINE.. Heng ah! Haha!
And he said the facilitation plan was okay.
THANK GOD.

1 more week before facilitation!
HANG IN THERE!

Pain will be over soon.
I would have successfully overcome an obstacle.

Singapore Comedy Fringe 2015

Elise got some FREE tickets (again!) and asked if I wanna go and watch them with her..

YES PLEASE THANK YOUUU!

Photos stolen from Elise's Facebook

Was a bit late and Elise wasn't annoyed at all.
She even asked if I need her to buy anything for me in case I get hungry!
So sweet of her, right!!

I managed to reach not too late and had just enough time to wolf down a slice of pizza. Yum yum! Haha!

Seated and excitedly waiting for the show to start!

Love the Malaysian comedians!

So cute of them!

(I am quite slow.. Haha! AFTER the show, I realized the last performer was Harith Iskandar!
I really love his Singapore-Malaysia jokes!)

(Feeling so lucky to have a chance to watch him perform 'live'!)

- Break time -

Back again for 2nd round, this time by comedians from India.

Haha, we were seated behind this guy who attended EVERY show in the front seats!

But he wasn't sitting in the front seat in this one.
And he left halfway.
(Maybe that was a hint that the performance isn't as good as the other. Opps!)

Personally I prefer the 1st show.

Didn't understand most of the jokes in the 2nd one even though Indians sitting around us kept laughing.
Different culture, I guess.

I even felt sad and depressed for the ladies when one of the Indian comedians joked about marriage sex. "..And the next morning you still have to get up and make a sandwich for your rapist."

People actually laughed at that. Very loudly.
Funny meh??

Nonetheless, I had a good time! Really love 'live' shows like these!

Once again, many thanks to Elise for the tickets!!
