During recent years, I actually slack A LOT on maintaining my appearance.
Everyday I go out without makeup, wore my super old spectacles and simply clip my fringe, revealing my super high forehead. Oh, and I always wear my flip flops.
My colleagues commented that I looked so auntie-ish!
Since I came back from my recent Japan trip, I'm happy to say that I've improved a lot.
Haha!
Hope I can keep up the good work ya! ;)
But.. but.. I've slacked on my weight management routine.
AGAIN.
Urgh! Why is it so hard to slim down and stay slim??
Just bought a slimming gadget.. Hope it helps!

Finding back the previous childlike, kind and silly me.
Well, I think I can actually be childlike and kind again.
But probably not be silly again.
My past experiences have made me wiser and stronger.
I do love my current self now.
Everything happens for a reason.
I believe my past experiences happen to toughen me up and help me grow up.
Used to be very upset all the time..
But now, I feel released.
Thank you God.
Used to explore spirituality and meditation, etc.
Have stopped doing that for ages.
Recently, with Cookie's passing.. I desperately wanted to connect with her.
So I shall start exploring spirituality again!
Was chatting with Sharon and she was sharing her experiences with her deceased dog.
I am so jealous!
Wish I can be as spiritually receptive as her too!

What we can learn from her experience:
1. Don't attempt this when you are negative and doubtful that it would work.
2. Ensure your hair is tangle-free.
3. After part of your hair is inside, push up the spiral thingy and hold the upper half of the stick to prevent the stick from snapping into half when you tug at it.
(Re-watched the video after my first attempt in using them. Eh, I had no problem at all.
Can't help wondering.. Is it THAT hard? It's so simple that I think even my nieces can do it.)

My Eyes and their Annoying Friends.. Dark Circles
I always feel that as long as the eyes are pretty, the overall appearance would be pretty.
Which is why I always focus on my eye makeup (and slack on the other areas).. Opps!

Yeah, all 3 are me.. And the 1st photo is me at my most natural form..
Dark circles are really bad to have. It makes me look tired and listless which would affect others' overall impression of me! As you can see, the appearance of our eyes has a big impact on our overall appearance! Personally for me, I don't feel confident when my dark circles are exposed. Whenever I cover them up with concealers, I gain confidence almost instantly! So let's take care of our eyes and the areas around them!
Although concealers can help to hide them.. But it's not really solving the problem! We need to get to the root of the problem and resolve it, right?
Hope Palmer's product can help me to get rid of the dark circles!!

Haha! Seriously it's so hard to apply the lotion gracefully with one hand while taking my hp to film myself with the other hand!

My Verdict
I love the packaging.. After I figured out how to use it correctly! *Laughs!*
Application is easy and it feels cooling as I glide it over my eye areas. The texture is light enough and gets absorbed into my skin pretty fast too! Love the slight warm sensation!
And I really super love the look of the silvery liquid! Looks so magical! ♥
Can't see much from just one application though!
Will continue to use and monitor the results!

About My Face
Before I start with the review, let me share a bit more on myself.. Or rather, my face.
(Which will explain why I'm so excited to try out the product.. Haha!)
I am blessed with good complexion.. Thank God!
But still, no one is perfect.. Looks will deteriorate with the passing of time..
And of course I am no exception!

The Problems:
1. Uneven skin tone (worsened by prolonged wearing of spectacles)
2. DARK CIRCLES (I think I'm practically born with them!)

Hence.. BB / CC Creams (and photo editing apps) have been my best friends.. >.<
So.. Will this product be my new best friend?

I gotta admit, I am beginning to feel a weeny bit bias towards Palmer's products.. Haha!
This is the 3rd product that I've tried..
And I must say they really put a lot of thoughts and efforts, be it from the packaging, texture, absorption, scent and of course, the contents of the product itself!
As usual, the packaging makes it easy for me to keep it, use it and even bring it around.
I also love the soothing, relaxing scent.. Helps to lure me into dreamland since I have the habit of applying my facial products just before going to sleep. The texture is light enough and gets absorbed into my skin pretty fast too!
Results wise, I honestly can't tell much from just one application.
According to them, it takes about 4 weeks to see visible overall results!
Will continue to use and hope to share good news.. And a prettier face to you all!
