Scam Alert..??

Chanced upon this "good buy" from one of the ads which I saw at Facebook.

Checked it out and noticed this! 

Saw anything wrong yet? 

Well, it's this part:

and its Subscription terms and I accept to be charged eighty-eight dollars quarterly.

So please be careful, everyone! Don't get scammed!
